Is there water and electric?

Yes - each pitch is equipped with its own electric hookup and water station.

Where is the nearest Train Station?

Bradford on Avon train station is a 2 mile drive. Melksham train station is a 3.8 mile drive and Trowbridge station is a 3.5 mile drive.

Where do we dispose of our waste?

There is a Chemical Disposal Point signposted as you exit the site, where toilet waste can be emptied. The grey water disposal point is also signposted as you exit.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! We welcome all dogs to our CL. If you would like to visit our on site dog park, please book a slot via our website https://holtdogpark.co.uk/ We advise booking a slot prior to your visit as the calendar gets booked up fast!

How far is the village from the campsite?

Our CL is situated on the edge of the village boundary which is a 2-5 minute walk into the centre of the village. The Tollgate Inn Pub is next door to our CL and serves great food.

Are there toilets and showers?

No, we do not have toilets or showers on site to use.

Terms and Conditions for Caravan and Motorhome Club Bookings at Manor Farm, Holt, Wiltshire

Thank you for choosing to stay at Manor Farm, a working farm in the heart of Wiltshire. We are dedicated to making your stay relaxing and enjoyable. To help ensure a smooth and pleasant experience, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process:
    All bookings must be made via our website. A reservation is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmed by us.

  • Cancellations:
    Cancellations made 3 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund of any payments made. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit the entire booking amount.

  • Changes to Booking:
    Any changes to your booking (such as dates or number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in/Check-out:
    Check-in is available from 10.00am, and check-out must be completed 15.00pm. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please request in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Late Arrival:
    If you are going to arrive later than the agreed check-in time, please notify us in advance so we can arrange for your arrival.

3. Site Facilities and Use

  • Pitch Allocations:
    Pitches are allocated by yourselves in advance on our website. If you book Pitch One, please follow signs to 'Pitch One'. We reserve the right to change your pitch location if necessary for operational reasons, however we will let you know if this happens.

  • Farm Environment:
    As a working farm, our facilities may be subject to occasional noise from farm machinery, livestock, and other activities. We ask that you respect the rural environment and be mindful of the farm operations during your stay.

  • Noise Levels:
    We ask all guests to keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly after 10:00 PM, to maintain a peaceful environment for all visitors.

4. Vehicles and Parking

  • Caravan and Motorhome Parking:
    Only vehicles that match the dimensions specified at the time of booking are permitted on-site. Additional vehicles may be parked in designated areas for a fee of £5 per day.

  • Vehicle Movement:
    Vehicles must be driven cautiously at all times within the farm grounds to ensure the safety of pedestrians, animals, and other guests.

  • Electric Hook-Up:
    As your booking includes an electric hook-up, please ensure you use it responsibly. We reserve the right to disconnect any electrical equipment deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Health and Safety

  • Farm Safety:
    For your safety, please do not approach or feed the animals without prior permission from the farm staff. Always keep a safe distance from any animals on the farm.

  • Children:
    Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around livestock and farm machinery.

  • Fire Safety:
    Open fires, barbecues, and firepits are not permitted unless specified.

6. Pets

  • Pets Policy:
    We welcome well-behaved pets on-site, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb other guests. Dog waste bins will be provided on site.

  • Pet Charges:
    Pets are welcome free of charge. If you wish to book our secure dog field, please book in advance via our website www.holtdogpark.co.uk The entrance of the field is 1 minute walk away from the Pitches.

7. Conduct and Behaviour

  • Respect for Others:
    We expect all guests to behave in a respectful manner. Any disruptive or antisocial behaviour may result in being asked to leave the site without refund.

  • Damage to Property:
    Guests are responsible for any damage to farm property, including the pitches, facilities, and any other farm-owned items or equipment. Charges may apply to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.

8. Liability

  • Personal Belongings:
    The farm is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during your stay.

  • Injury or Accident:
    The farm is not liable for any personal injury or accidents that occur during your stay.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests in advance of their arrival, and the updated terms will apply to any new bookings made thereafter.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
